Kristi Kuusk works on bridging textiles and technology in smart textile projects at Spell disain. She is looking for new ways for textiles and fashion to be more sustainable through the implementation of technology. Her research on craftsmanship, smart textiles and sustainability resulted in a PhD thesis “Crafting sustainable smart textile services” presented in 2016 at Eindhoven University of Technology.
